The commissioners must serve for four hours and can only be removed for some special reason. They have to give 10% of all the license fees collected to the general fund. License and Cost
The agents have to be licensed into four tiers: sales associate, broker, provisional sales associate, and broker associate. The three other associates have to work under the broker, who also have to maintain an office. The commissioners track the sales team's activity, and they charge an amount for this. The provisional associate must pass 90 hours of education and pass the exam to get the realtor license. Then Provisional Sales Associate has to complete 45 hours of training within 12 months to become a full Sales Associate. They will graduate to a sales associate license after they complete the needful. After that, the Provisional Sales Associate only has a year to complete all the post license work. The realtor license for all the tiers only lasts for three years.
